I'll get some better images here, and possibly a video (eventually). When you're going hemi, the last thing you're usually in the mood for is picking up a camera to show how crappy you feel, but I'll try... Pictures posted here are mine, of me. Please do not post other places without permission.

These are from the first 5 minutes of a HM I had a few months ago. Sometimes it's mild and this is as bad as it gets. This one got much worse, and I'd wanted to track the progression, but with the paralysis kicking in so quickly, I couldn't keep taking pictures this round. You can definitely see it more in my eyes than mouth this time, but sometimes it goes in the opposite order. It usually starts in the face, but I have had my leg go out first a few times.
